COCA-COLA HBC NAMED LEADING GLOBAL BEVERAGE MANUFACTURER IN SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS FOR THE SEVENTH TIME

COCA-COLA HBC IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE TWO IMPORTANT RATINGS AWARDED UNDER THE ESG (ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE) RATING SYSTEM IN FEBRUARY 2024.

In December 2023, the company announced that it was again named the leading global beverage producer in sustainable business according to the Dow-Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) for 2023, one of the world's leading indicators of sustainability. This is the seventh time that Coca-Cola HBC has been rated as the world's leading beverage producer in sustainable business, and for the thirteenth year in a row it is among the top three companies.

This news was recently published by the credit rating agency S&P (Standard & Poor's) in its Sustainability Yearbook - The S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2024 - which confirmed the global leading position of this company in the beverage industry. The achieved results place Coca-Cola HBC in the leading 1% of 9,400 companies in 62 industries.

Coca-Cola HBC is also on the CDP A list (Carbon Disclosure Project, which measures the performance of companies in terms of climate change) for its commitment to climate and water transparency, joining the small number of companies rated double A by CDP.
