In early February, Dora Strezova-Nikolova assumed the position of general manager of the Coca-Cola HBC Adria business unit, based in Zagreb. In that position, she will be in charge of managing the company's operations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia. Ruža Tomić Fontana, who successfully managed the companies within the Adria business unit for more than five years, continues her professional path within the Coca-Cola HBC Group as the general manager of the business unit that includes companies in Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Dora Strezova-Nikolova comes to her new position at Coca-Cola HBC from the position of General manager of The Coca-Cola Company in Bulgaria, where she has been since May 2021. Before joining Coca-Cola, she worked for four years as a consultant and expert in motivational management in Bulgaria and Austria and as a director of her own start-up company. Previously, she spent 18 years in the Danone Group working in numerous countries and performing various duties, including those in sales and marketing in the company Danone Bulgaria as well as the position of marketing director in Romania, the Adriatic countries and Russia. Dora Strezova-Nikolova's last position at Danone was that of General Manager for Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus.
