Sarajevo, 1st August 2017 – Early July saw a change in leadership at Coca‑Cola HBC for Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, with Ruža Tomić Fontana taking over as General Manager.

Ruža Tomić Fontana assumed the position of General Manager of Coca‑Cola HBC Adria ending her tenure as Commercial Director. She started her career at Coca‑Cola HBC in 2002, and has since steadily risen through the ranks holding key managerial roles in the field of commerce, such as Marketing Director, Regional Sales Director and Director of the Department of Commercial Affairs for Croatia. She was appointed Commercial Director in 2015, and was able to successfully transform the sales unit by setting and applying a high quality sales strategy, boosting revenue and market shares in all three markets for that period. The principles of sustainability and social responsibility will continue to be embedded and consistently applied in all segments of operations. With further investment in innovations and new products, and by ensuring the best possible working conditions for our employees, I am confident that our growth will continue in the years ahead”, Ruža Tomić Fontana on occasion of taking over the lead position at Coca‑Cola HBC Adria.
