According to results of a research conducted by Development studio, on the basis of votes by visitors of the employment portal, the company was for the seventh time in a row placed at the top of the list of the most desired employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the official award ceremony held in Sarajevo on 25 April 2014 Coca‑Cola HBC Bosnia and Herzegovina was awarded the “Most Desired Employer” recognition.

More than 15.000 participants of the survey from the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina nominated over 650 companies and, based on the number of votes, 10 top companies were selected among them. Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bosnia and Herzegovina was among them, ranking fourth.
“The Most Desired Employer 2014” recognition was presented to Ines Jozić, Country Human Resources Manager and Internal Capability Manager for Business Unit Bosnia and  Herzegovina and Croatia.
Accepting the recognition Ines Jozić said: “This award is recognition to Coca‑Cola HBH Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a secure and prosperous employer that provides good conditions for work, development and advancement of its employees. This is also recognition for successful implementation of a human resource management strategy”.
“The Most Desired Employer” project was launched in 2007 when portal organised an online research for the first time, in order to find out what employers their visitor would prefer to work for. After a great public interest and positive reactions of companies, the research was launched the following year as well. The award ceremony was organised for the first time and it became a traditional event in the business world. For seven years, the event has brought together general managers, managers of human resources, marketing and public relations and the most distinguished representatives of political and economic life in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
