Film Bubamara / Some lines bring as together at the 20th Sarajevo Film Festival.

Sarajevo, August 22, 2014 – The traditional partnership between Coca‑Cola in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Sarajevo Film Festival was further strengthened with a special screening of a short film directed by the BiH Oscar-winning Director Danis Tanovic entitled Bubamara / Some lines bring us together. The premiere was hosted for the Festival audience within the Open Air program on August 22 as part of Coca‑Cola Festival Nights.

Coca‑Cola produced the film as part of its activities relating to the Football World Cup in Brazil and the partnership with FIFA.

The film Bubarama / Some lines bring us together is a story about the success of the children’s football club Bubamara and follows the work of the football coach Predrag Pasic who has helped many children to make their first football steps. This exciting and emotional story shows how football brings together the youngest ones regardless of the circumstances in which they are growing up.

"We are proud of the past 17 years of continuous partnership with the Sarajevo Film Festival in which we contributed to its development and supported the Festival in becoming one of the most significant film festivals in the region. We are happy that from its very start we have been part of the project which gives numerous film enthusiasts a unique chance to get to know the contemporary trends of the world’s film scene and the young people the opportunity to actively participate and contribute to this scene. We are especially glad that this year we will share this nice BiH film story with the festival’s audience,” noted Alma Sahbaz, the Head of the Public Affairs and Communications Department of Coca‑Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo.

In the year when the SFF marks its jubilee, Coca‑Cola has traditionally prepared for all film fans, guests of Coca‑Cola Festival Nights, popcorn and Coca‑Cola in order to bring about the complete film festival experience.
