Coca-Cola HBC B-H was once again declared the most desirable employer in the field of FMCG industry, and once again - for the third year in a row - was in the top five most desirable employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The most important factor for choosing an employer before the pandemic was a good attitude towards employees, i.e. good relations between employee and employer, job security and socially responsible business, while during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the aforementioned factors, particularly important factors were the security of job retention, employee protection from Covid-19 as well as working from home.

The corona virus pandemic has irreversibly changed the way of life, and especially the way of doing business. In such conditions, all companies had to adapt to the new rules and requirements of the market, but also of their employees, so timely communication, adaptability and speed of reaction to new situations and events became a priority in the business world. During 2020, it was extremely important to listen to the needs of employees, and the portal MojPosao.ba researched whether and how much citizens' perception of the most desirable employers changed during 2020, and what influenced it. For this purpose, two multi-month surveys were conducted during 2020 on who more than 15,000 citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina consider to be their preferred employer, i.e. who they want to work for. The first survey The most desirable employer in 2020 was conducted at the beginning of 2020, before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the second survey, entitled Who would you like to work for in 2020, was conducted at the end of 2020. The final choice of the most desirable employer was influenced by the results of both surveys.

Out of 15,000 respondents, 52% are women, while 48% are men. Most respondents were between the ages of 25 and 34, and an interesting fact is that 48% of them have a university education, while 51% have completed high school. Of the total number of respondents, 77% are employed, most of whom have more than 10 years of work experience. 18% are unemployed, while 5% of respondents are still studying.

Among other factors that influenced the choice of a preferred employer during the pandemic, the following stand out:

• The image that the employer has from before
• The company's good attitude towards employees during the COVID-19 pandemic
• Social responsibility of the employer during the COVID-19 pandemic
• Positive worker protection measures implemented by the company during the COVID-19 pandemic

The company Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo intends to continue with good business practices, continuously work on improving relations both with employees and with the community in which it operates, but also internally strengthen the company and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
